You just need to register with PayPal and associate bank cards, credit cards and/or debit cards and other payment methods. When checking out online, look for the PayPal button.

Simply use your email and password to log in to PayPal and complete checkout quickly and securely. You have the option to make a payment using available funds in your account. Another convenient method is to link your bank account to your PayPal account, which will give you access to electronic checks.

Credit card companies such as PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover and others are also accepted forms of payment. Using PayPal to make payments does not require you to have an account.

Why did my payment fail?

There may be various reasons why you may encounter a decline error message or have trouble completing your payment.

  • Reasons include problems with your credit or debit card, such as if it is invalid, expired, has an excessive amount, is disabled, or has other problems.
  • Another possible reason is that your credit or debit card cannot be used for international transactions, so it is important to make sure your card is eligible for purchases from foreign merchants online.

  • Additionally, discrepancies between your credit card information or billing address and what the bank has on record, such as an expired credit card, incorrect card number, billing zip code, or CVV/CVC code , they can also cause payment problems.
  • It is essential to verify that the credit card information you enter is accurate and that your billing address matches exactly. If the information is correct and the problem persists, you should contact your bank for further assistance.
If you're having trouble processing your payment or your card isn't being accepted, you can try the following steps:
  • Contact your credit or debit card issuing bank and inform them of the payment you are trying to make. Providing your phone number to the issuing bank will help ensure a successful payment.
  • During the checkout process, please consider changing your payment method. If you only have one payment method linked to your PayPal account, you'll need to add another payment method before proceeding. Adding a credit or debit card or linking your bank account are both quick and easy options that offer more flexibility at checkout.
  • Please carefully check the accuracy of the email address or phone number you entered. Verify your information and make sure you have completed the registration process for your PayPal account. Failure to complete this process may result in payment failure.
  • If none of the above steps resolve the issue, please contact us and provide your order number, name, email address, error notification, and a screenshot of the error. We will carefully review the details and help you continue processing your order.
